Technical Architecture & Media Handling
TubeSave operates solely as a protocol conversion and stream processing tool for media that users are authorized to download. We do not operate a permanent media host, public video index, or media library. Certain complex formats (such as 1080p video muxing and audio extraction) are processed transiently on server resources and held only in temporary working directories with an automatic 15-minute deletion schedule. We do not permanently store, publish, or redistribute user-requested content.
1. Copyright Notice & Takedown Procedure
TubeSave respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and copyright owners. If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent, you may submit a written copyright takedown notice regarding any URL processed through our service, and our team will expeditiously review and block the requested content.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
Notices of copyright infringement regarding content accessed via TubeSave should be directed to our designated DMCA agent:
Organization: TubeSave Compliance Department
Designated Agent: Copyright Manager
Email: dmca@tubesave.cc
SLA: All valid notices are processed within 24β48 business hours.
3. Requirements for a Valid Notice of Infringement
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(c)(3), your copyright infringement notification must be provided in writing to our designated agent and include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the authorized representative of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the specific URL(s) or material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity.
- Reasonably sufficient contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
4. Enforcement & URL Blacklisting
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notification, TubeSave will promptly take action, which includes permanently blacklisting the specified URL from our analyzer and conversion engine so that no user can download or convert media from that link through our service.
5. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that access to your content was mistakenly disabled or identified as infringing, you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(g)(3) sent to dmca@tubesave.cc.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(i), TubeSave maintains an active policy that provides for the termination and blocking of access for any users or IP addresses determined to be repeated copyright infringers.
